Jammy Mitchell
found his passion for cars and trucks at a young age and has
been hooked ever since. He has been selling cars to people
in Rocky Mount and the surrounding areas for 18 years…and
counting. So it only made sense that in 2009, after 17 years
in the car business, he opened his own car dealership in
Rocky Mount. He stands behind his slogan “Low Overhead = Low
Prices” by selling quality cars at low prices. When you come
to Jammy Mitchell Auto Sales you deal directly with the
owner, Jammy. Jammy can also help you locate a car. If you
don’t see the car you want on his lot or website, send Jammy
an email or give him a call and he will help you with your
car shopping!
In addition to his passion for cars, Jammy has a passion for
helping people. He’s never met a stranger and rarely forgets
a face or name – he still remembers his first customers in
the car business. Jammy hopes, one day, to pass the
dealership to his (now) 11 month old son, Gage. |

He
knows, especially in the car business, his reputation as an
honest & fair car dealer means everything.
Jammy does not just want to sell you a car or truck but wants to
sell you, your friends and family members many cars for years to
come. He knows some car dealers may try to push you into a deal
they know you can’t afford but not Jammy! He will work with you
any way he can to find you the right car, at a payment you can
afford. Jammy not only has relationships with various finance
companies but also offers some on the lot financing. These are
just some of the reasons Jammy has so many repeat customers who
also have referred their friends and family.
Jammy’s passion for helping people is also reflected in his and
his wife - Heather’s - support of charities, community events
and sports programs. Jammy’s local sports ‘claim to fame’ was as
the Assistant Coach to a group of Rocky Mount 13 & 14 year old’s
as he helped lead them to 2nd place in the 2004 and 2005 Babe
Ruth World Series in Van Buren, Arkansas and Quincy,
Massachusetts. The Mitchell’s also enjoy sponsoring local
charity golf tournaments and other events.
